Horizon Africa Capital Limited (Horizon) is a boutique mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. The company launched its operations in January 2010.

Horizon’s primary activities are M&A advisory and capital and debt raising in the Sub-Saharan African region. The Horizon team is well balanced and is equipped to handle both buy and sell side mandates, arrange acquisition finance and undertake capital raising (both equity and debt funding) for mid- to large-size industrial, construction, commercial and infrastructure projects in the region.

In order to accomplish this successfully, Horizon has established strong working relationships with global, pan-African and regional investors, commercial & developmental finance institutions as well as private equity firms which have a keen interest in sub-Saharan Africa.
